Jewel Publishers and Services Limited (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Forms: when you send a custom request or a contact message we receive your name, phone number, email, organisation and the details you type, so we can reply and prepare your quote.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe we keep your email address and name to send you weekly offers, price drops and coupon codes.
- WhatsApp orders: when you tap an order button, your basket is sent to us through WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies there.
- Your basket: is saved only in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working (for example remembering your cookie choice and basket). With your permission we also use Google analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. These only run if you click Accept on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.
How we use and protect your information
We use your information only to respond to you, fulfil your orders and, if you subscribed, send our newsletter. We do not sell your information. We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes.
